ACTUATOR CONTROLLED ENGINE TECHNOLOGY (ACTUTEC)

Actutec is an intellectual property company with two products under development:

     1. A system that converts internal combustion motors into emission-free engines.

     2. A self-contained hydroelectric generator that can scale from 10 kW to 10 MW.

Our current effort is to work with manufacturers to decarbonize the trucking industry by converting internal combustion engines (ICEs), to zero-emission actuator controlled engines (ACEs) and to introduce Water Energy System (WES) generators to power assist EVs, and to power American homes and businesses.

EV-Battery Assist. The WES generator for EVs is designed to work with the battery pack. It is an ice chest sized generator that fits into a trunk and keeps the car’s batteries fully charged regardless of how many miles are driven. Larger WES models are capable of powering elctri  semi-trucks

Home Power Systems. WES models in the  20 kW range can provide clean power  to the home 24 hours a day, 7 days a wek. They cost less than half that of solar power and have a small footprint.

Industrial Power. Large WESS modles, 30' x 30', can supply 10 - 13 MW of clean power to industry. They are self-contained and can co-locate directly with industrial facilities.

ICE Engine Conversions:

Actutec has developed a system that takes any gasoline or diesel engine and convert it into an actuator controlled engine that runs on compressed air. The ICE fuel components, exhaust system, and head are all removed and a bank of actuators are fitted over the pistons uncovered by the head removal. Internal combustion engines are notoriously inefficient, 55% or more of the power of each explosion is wasted and has no role in moving the vehicle. Conversely, actuator power is 85% efficient so it is able to match the output of ICE while running on air and being far genteler on the engine block pistons and crankshaft.

STATUS. A conditional patent (place holder) application has been filed and the full utility patent is soon to follow.
